Through meditation, breathwork, sound immersion, nourishment, and contrast therapy, teams experience deep restoration while strengthening clarity, connection, and sustainable performance.

Nature-Based Restoration

The Deep Reset takes place just outside Vancouver, BC at The Wellness Den, a 5-acre wellness sanctuary rooted in Polyvagal and HeartMath principles, where every detail is designed to support nervous system restoration and growth.

Guests enjoy full access to The Wellness Den sanctuary, including:

Stephanie Bowman is a sound practitioner, facilitator, and nervous system educator specializing in sound-based experiences that support regulation, restoration, and sustainable performance.

Blending immersive sound with science-informed nervous system education, Stephanie’s work helps individuals and teams better understand the impact of stress, burnout, and overstimulation, while offering practical tools to reconnect with presence, balance, and resilience.

Known for creating deeply grounding yet modern and accessible experiences, Stephanie facilitates corporate wellness sessions, private events, and practitioner trainings designed to support both personal wellbeing and high performance in today’s fast-paced world.

She is also the founder of one of Vancouver’s leading sound practitioner training programs, where she trains future facilitators to confidently lead impactful sound experiences rooted in both technical skill and nervous system awareness.

Meet your co-host: Tyrell Mara

Tyrell Mara is a facilitator, speaker, and practitioner specializing in nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and performance under pressure.

Drawing from Polyvagal Theory, Heart Coherence, Breathwork & Somatic practices, Tyrell’s work bridges science and lived experience—helping individuals understand how their internal state shapes how they show up, perform, recover, and grow at their best. 

Known for creating grounded, safe, experiential environments, Tyrell guides individuals and teams beyond information and into direct awareness of their own nervous system, helping them access greater presence, safety, and connection—both within themselves and with others. Tyrell has worked with leaders, coaches, and teams from EO and YPO, to the WHL, CEBL and NBA.

Maximum Capacity: Up to 15 guests

Investment

$500 per guest

Minimum booking: $3,500

(Includes full sanctuary access, facilitation, and curated nourishment).
