My Journey into Sound Healing

My path into wellness began with a transformative Sound Bath that completely shifted my life. From that moment, I became devoted to exploring the healing power of sound, studying across British Columbia and earning my certification through the Sound Healers Academy in California.

Today, I offer group meditations, private sound sessions, school programs, workplace wellness experiences, and a comprehensive Sound Practitioner Certification course. My mission is to help others find balance, calm, and connection through sound.

My Philosophy

I believe sound is one of the most effective tools we have for nervous system regulation and mental well-being. Through frequency and vibration, it helps calm the body’s stress response, improve focus, and restore balance.

My work is centered around creating evidence-informed experiences that make mindfulness accessible in real life, whether it’s for individuals, teams, students, or entire organizations. Each session is designed to help people slow down, reset, and feel more grounded, supported, and clear.

At its core, my mission is simple: to bring the proven benefits of sound and intentional rest into both personal and professional spaces, helping people feel and perform at their best.
