SOUND PRACTITIONER TRAINING

This Sound Practitioner Training is for people who genuinely love sound and feel ready to take it a step further.

Not in a heavy or intimidating way, just in a real way.

Whether you want to lead sound baths, weave sound into your current work, or grow this into something more over time, this training is designed to help you feel confident, grounded, and actually prepared.

No pressure to be anything you’re not. Just real learning, real practice, and real support.

In-person level 1 certification experience

Women engaged in meditation or prayer, seated on cushions with hands in prayer position, in a peaceful indoor setting.

Sound has been part of my life for a long time, and something I kept noticing was this:

A lot of trainings are either very spiritual or very technical, and people still leave unsure how to actually lead a session.

I wanted to create something that felt different.

This training blends intuition, nervous system awareness, and hands-on practice so you understand what you’re doing and why it works, without taking the magic out of it.

It’s structured, but it’s also fun. Professional, but relaxed. And very real-world.

Why I Created This Training

Who This training Is For

This training is a great fit if:

  • Sound keeps calling you back

  • You want to feel confident leading sessions

  • You’re curious about turning this into events, offerings, or even a business

  • You like learning in a way that feels grounded, clear, and human

You don’t need prior experience.
You just need curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to practice.

What We’ll Cover

Over the two days, we’ll move through a thoughtfully structured curriculum that gives you both understanding and real-world confidence, without it feeling overwhelming or overly technical.

Here’s what we’ll explore together:

  • We’ll start with the basics, what sound healing is, where it comes from, and how it’s commonly used today. This sets the stage so you understand the work you’re stepping into and feel grounded in it from the beginning.

  • Learn how to work with sound in a way that feels responsible, intentional, and supportive. We’ll cover practical do’s and don’ts, how to create a safe environment, and how to facilitate sessions with confidence and care.

  • This is where things really click for a lot of people.

We’ll break down how sound and vibration interact with the body and nervous system, in a way that’s easy to understand and actually useful.

  • You’ll learn what crystal singing bowls are, how they’re made, how to choose the right ones, and how to work with them confidently. This includes care, placement, and intuitive playing through lots of hands-on practice.

  • This is where you really start to feel comfortable.

We’ll explore different techniques, rhythms, and approaches to playing bowls, and how to structure a sound bath so it flows naturally and feels supportive for participants.

  • We’ll talk about the chakras and how sound works on an energetic level, without overcomplicating it. This helps you work with intention while staying grounded and present.

  • Learn how sound can support emotional balance and regulation by working with the endocrine system. This adds another layer of depth to your understanding and facilitation.

  • We’ll cover just enough music theory to help you understand tone, harmony, and sequencing so your sound baths feel cohesive and intentional, not random.

You’ll bring everything together through guided practice and a final presentation. This is where confidence really lands, you’ll practice facilitating, receive feedback, and leave feeling ready to share this work.

Practical Application & Final Integration

By the end of the training, you’ll walk away with:

  • Your Sound Practitioner Certification

  • Confidence to lead sound baths and sessions

  • A deeper understanding of sound (without it feeling overwhelming)

  • Professional photos from our in-studio photoshoot
(honestly one of everyone’s favourite parts)

  • A clearer sense of how this can fit into your life or become a business

What You’ll Leave With

Real-World Outcomes

Over the years, I’ve watched students go on to:

  • Host sound baths and events

  • Integrate sound into yoga, wellness, and retreat spaces

  • Start their own thriving sound healing businesses

  • Build offerings that are meaningful and sustainable

Even those who came “just for themselves” often find this work naturally weaving into their everyday life.

A woman sitting on a wooden floor, holding a certificate and smiling. She is surrounded by white candles, white ceramic bowls, and white orchids in vases. The setting appears to be a modern, minimalistic room with wooden shelves and a partially visible staircase in the background.

To fully participate in the training, you’ll need access to crystal singing bowls.

If you already have bowls, amazing. If you don’t, I’ll guide you in choosing what makes sense for you before the training.

This just ensures you get the most out of the experience and feel confident practicing on your own.
