This work didn’t come from a trend. It came from burnout.
Before this, I was working in film and TV, pulling 14–16 hour days, five days a week, constantly trying to catch up on life during the weekends.
I was exhausted. Getting sick all the time. Injured. Mentally drained.
My relationships were suffering. My mental health was slipping. And at some point, I just felt like a shell of myself.
I thought I was building a life through hustle. But in reality, everything was starting to break down.
What changed everything
It started with something simple…
I began going to sound baths on the weekends. And for the first time in a long time, I felt different.
More grounded. More clear. More like myself again.
Not because I escaped my life, but because I was finally giving my body a chance to reset.
And that changed how I showed up to everything.
Why I do this work now
This work isn’t about checking out. It’s about showing up better.
It’s about creating the internal stability to:
think clearly
make decisions
lead
build something sustainable
Because when your nervous system is regulated, everything works differently. And I knew right away this couldn’t stay in “wellness spaces.”
It belongs in real life. In workplaces. In high-pressure environments. In the lives of people who are doing a lot and carrying a lot.
Not your typical sound healer
I don’t fit the traditional mould of what this space often looks like.
I’m not here to be overly spiritual or perform a persona.
I care about:
how the nervous system actually works
how stress impacts the body
how we recover in a real, sustainable way
My approach is grounded, practical, and designed for modern humans navigating real pressure.
And I think that’s exactly why this work reaches people who normally wouldn’t step into it.
More than a practitioner, I’m a teacher
This work grew into something bigger. I don’t just facilitate experiences, I train people to lead them.
My sound practitioner training is designed to go far beyond the basics.
We focus on:
nervous system-informed facilitation
real-world application
building confidence as a practitioner
and understanding how to actually create a business from this work
Because this isn’t just something you learn. It’s something you build with.
Who I work with
I work with:
corporate teams navigating stress and performance demands
individuals who need to reset and reconnect
students who are ready to take this work seriously
But more than anything, I work with people who know: there has to be a better way to live and work than constant burnout.
What this work creates
When your nervous system is regulated, everything shifts.
You think clearer. You respond instead of react. You move with more intention. You have the capacity to actually follow through on what you want.
That’s the work. Not just how you feel for an hour, but how you function after.
